What are your IT Consultant Qualifications?
I have been repairing computers for well over 12 years now; three of which, I have been doing consulting work for businesses in the area. In April of 2008 I won the WV Computer Maintenance and Technology competition putting me in the top 100 Skills USA Computer Maintenance specialists in the whole country. June will tell what I rank overall if I place in the top three. Wish me luck!
What makes / models do you work on?
While we are NOT an authorized repair shop of any major brand we DO work on all brand name computers as well as any custom built either by ourselves or other companies. We focus on being able to fix a computer and fix it the right way the first time to save time for not only us but to pass on the savings to our customers. At the current time we DO NOT work on laptops or notebooks. At a future time if some companies would like to train us we will venture into that area. However, do NOT hesistat to get ahold of us for a laptop-related issue, as it may just be a software problem which doesn't require opening the laptop (or even voiding the hardware warranty in fact).
