Residential Services With our residential services you can expect to get up to a DVD full of information backed up for you and burned to DVD for your archival purposes.
This is perfect in the event of a disaster that would require us (or any other technician) to wipe data from your drive for any reason. While we take every precaution, when the only real option is to delete everything, to keep your precious data safe, not all people you deal with may take that precaution. Some may even just cover their backsides with the statement “we’re not responsible for data loss” even though they COULD have saved it for you.

Commercial Services With our commercial services you can expect to have us come out on-site or you can even bring your precious data to us on whatever computers you may have and we’ll take care of the back up process for you.
In our store we can provide such services as burning your data to a CD / DVD or storing it on a external hard drive.
On your premisses we can provide those services as well as dedicate an existing computer as a back up server OR we can help you purchase Network Attached Storage (NAS). With the latter solution, you will have a DEDICATED back up solution that does nothing but house all your data at a secondary location in your office to make sure it stays safe in case one or ALL of your computers should crash simultaneously, either by a virus over the network or just every day hardware malfunctions.

Automated backup solutions start at $195 and go up from there depending on how elaborate you’d like the system. These systems are guaranteed to keep your data safe with multiple redundancy.
